Sa E-spa naman prolly around 8 ang normal distribution ng ES, kapag medyo kilalala mo na it raises to between 8 to 9 on succeeding sessions. Kaso mas mataas chance mo ng 3 to 5 ang ES dito kung first time mo sa spa nila or sa new thera. So, pinahaba ko lang- MP give "meh" massage but consistent while spa is too unpredictable, which c9ntradicts how it was in the olden days. ES mas consistent na ang spa sa intensity compared to MPs.
