And this is why i have seen so many people get stuck in a rut. Performance over pain. Aoreness is not a good indicator of an effective workout. So many people look for ain instead of thinking of improving their total work done, if they got stronger or what not.
Definition is achieved through dieting and lowering bodyfat, not by doing certain exercises. You need to give a system a bare minimum of 6 weeks in order to get results.
These are all the same, they have the same contents, what you are having is more of a placebo effect more than anything.
yes what i meant was to see the full muscle definition and separtion for example the delts front middle back you could see each muscle group of the delt and you could not make em appear by just doing only military presses
i was emphasisizing the difference between compound excercises and isolation thats what imeant and not lowering body fat by definition maybe my use of the term definition is wrong.
With regards to the supplements yup maybe it was really placebo effect but that was my experience while taking those its really different with other brands maybe due to different ingredients or its just me
WITH the NO PAIN NO GAIN i still believe yup it was badly understood but hey check out Arnold... No Pain NO Gain well i apply it to what part i train only naman not the after workout so i could clarify my belief in the NO PAIN NO GAIN motto i feel the pain everytime i leg raise or knee raise i make it a point that i squeeze my abs that i feel that somethings working on it hence my "pain" thats what i meant and not by pain with use of heavy weights and sacrificing my form..I prefer lighter weights with correct form

Thanks for the offer. However, I don't have the patience and don't have the time. I just like fish, want an aquarium in the office and want to hire someone to set it up and maintain it. I was told I could find someone for around 1000 a month if they come once a week. A guy at Megamall told me he would do it for 700 a month but I don't know how much he really knows.

MY opinion atleast the person that would maintain the tank must be someone who could check the tank on a regular basis or someone that is from your office
cause saltwater aquariums water parameters change drasticly
especially if a coral or any invertebrate nor a fish would die ammonia levels would shoot very high you shul also take note the salinity and ph level of the water but if youve cycled the
water enough
and biological filtration is at its best you wont have any problems
just the regular water additions because saltwater tend to evaporate faster and be careful where you place your tank because saltwater aquariums sometimes affect electronics

Yan ang pinakatotoo na tips regarding sa supplement gumagana sila oo pero kelangan talaga unang una consistency sa training then diet then cardio
Pero pinakamalaking factor genetics kung pinanganak kang may muscle congrats sayo pero kung tulad ka namen na mahina genetics diet train cardio talaga plus nalang ang supplements
With regards sa snacks mu wag puro saging pre baka maempacho ka dapat either fiber or protein ako snaks ko eggs eh ingat lang sa over ka sa protein dahil magdedevelop ng protein gut may separation at definition pero may bulge check mu net

pareho lang effects ng beer at hard di ba??? i mean Vodka siguro yun ang hard drink na pang cut-up pero sa iba i think mas worse pa hard dahil mas mataas ang sugar content
thou bloated ka talaga pag beer. Pero in terms of volume mas mabilis ka talaga malasing pag hard so maybe may katotohanan nga ehehehehe
With regards to back pain i think yung core strength mu di mu ginagamet kasi pag sit ups abs lang gagana dba??? try Bodybuilding.com rame info sobra

Yup tama si Jacques IMO if gusto niyo ng matibay na conditioning mag pa mass muna at kumain ng tama
i had my experiences with supplements from ON.whey to Animal Packs and 1 time stacks but ngayon reduced to fatburners nalang iba talaga ang definition pag energized ka
Yeah tumutulong tlga sila pero ala parin tatalo sa tamang pagkain dati mukha akong supplement pero unang una mabigat talaga siya sa bulsa pangalawa nakakaadik hehehehe

@mr john since yaw mu magtake eto try mu load up ka sa egg whites, old fashioned oatmeal, kamote, lean chicken, veggies syempre para fiber, lean beef, olive oil at mga isda
then i divide mu yun sa 5-7 meals ika nga ni jacques ang style ko every mornin carbo loading ng oats then pre lunch egg whites then lunch manok then snaks gulay or fruits
then dinner konting oats plus isda then bago tulog load ka protein dahil dbest protein absorption pag ka gabi Boring no? ganyan tlga natural pero worth it naman parehong magastos pero mas mahirap ang walang supplements kasi di ka basta basta makakain sa labas kung di mu kaya ganun atleast avoid mu nalang fastfoods softdrinks sugary foods mga ganyan
And invest ka atleast sa multi-vitamins maraming nag underrate neto pero important ang multi sa isang nagwowork out
and regards to definition kealangan mu tlga mag bulk up kahit konte kasi pagweight loss ka walang mass chicks ang dating mu nyan pre experience ko lang

yeah the juice Its part of the sport even not in bodybuilding who would not take something to make their job better hehehehe ill try to read on that one
By the way where can i read up on the college players routine so i could try that workout or was he only genetically gifted

The real bodybuilders who eat lift rest as a routine seems easy but try to read on The routine is not for the meek and its not the workout its a life
Remeber: No Alcohol if permitted it cant give even a slight buzz, The Pimples
Why do i workout of course its for the ladies then for my health hehehehe
But still respect for the real Hardcore Bodybuilders you can never say na easy way out because the routine is really HARDCORE if you wanna keep what you gained
