me i was never a calorie counter wish i was hehehe dont know where to get the info and im too lazy to measure hehehe but if you can count your nutritional intake then hats off to you youll be ripped or built to the core combined with proper workouts and cardio thats the REAL SECRET to having the abdominals you desire

Yung sumasakit yung likod try mu checkin paano proper crunch or ask ka sa mga instructors pero kung prob talaga dami pang ibang ab exercise sobra

Anyone had experience with a spot on fat burner? i mean those creams that you directly put to where you wanna loose fat.
Ive read that they are good stacked with a decent fatburner, Yohimburn i think is what their using.

Started yesterday with my morning jogging routine on an empty stomach and this morning just some brisk walking planning to alternate jogging and walking is this a good idea to prevent over training and preventing muscle loss?
I do 20 min cardio everytime im in the gym but will be replacing with the morning jogging routine what im afraid is ill be loosing muscle with such because treadmill is nothing compared to the old school running what can i do to minimize muscle loss and maximize fatloss?
My bodyfat now is around 9. something as what the instructor measured but i feel like 15percent bodyfat, gained some fat after a month something away from the gym lost some definition my middle abs are not that visible anymore though showing. My problem is how can i lower my bodyfat without sacrificing a lot of muscle mass dont wanna look thin wanna look really ripped with a lil symetry on the side hehehe
Im on Lipo6 right now still not counting my calories hehehe but trying to be strict on my food intake
after jogging
Meal 1
Some oatmeal and 2eggs 1 banana
Meal 2
Some oatmeal and 2eggs and veggies (boiled)
Meal 3 (lunch)
some veggies
Meal 4(postworkout)
3 eggs 1 banana
Meal 5
veggies and egg
Meal 6(before sleeping)
1 scoop whey
My workout is
week 1 compound (bench etc)
week 2 isolation
every other week deadlift

To The experts whats the most effective Fatburner there is combined with clean diet plus cardio
Iv tried Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, Ripped Fuel now im on Lipo6x which i really dont reccomend not because of its low effectivity but due to its liquid formulation that LEAKS!
havent tried the original though maybe after i finish this bottle sayang eh .

Has anyone tried Lipo6? Im currently on Lipo6x and i would reccomend that you stick with the original,
the capsules liquid formulation leaks thus lessening its potency by more or less 1 half
but even with such lessened formulation due to the leak problem i still feel the increase in energy tho i havent logged its fat burning capacity because im still on the 7th day
but still its really potent Cant wait til i finish this bottle and switch to the original formulation

this thread would be VERY active again I myself has loaded up on my cutting supplements (Lipo 6 and Greent tea for Off weeks) This would be my first try using such and really dont know how it would differ from What ive preiously used (Ripped Fuel Extreme, Xenadrine NRG, Hydroxycut and Hydroxycut Hardcore which really gave me the shakes hehehehe hiyang hiyang lang talaga:D)
Havent made a complete meal plan yet but still my option is rolled oats over rice for my carbo needs, what do you guys prefer whole oats or red rice?

IMO its really different when your on thermogenics either with stimulant or stimulant free, but yes you are right you can loose a lot of weight and keep it without such.
But theres a point when your been dieting enough have a good meal plan for the day and has a regular routine that you can't seem to loose or add more separation to your muscles hence beeing shredded now heres the need for fat burners. It can give you that extra energy and some spark in your metabolism that you can not achieve when your thermogenic free. With such supplement combined with everything you have said you will really see the difference, But still you should NOT rely on fatburners alone its just there for support on your routine and diet and just gives you that extra push And it looses its effectivity with the longer length of time your using it so the need for cycling comes in hand. You really gotta read up on what your gonna take to use it on its full potential and see the results you wanna see.
Now im changing my cardio to HIIT hopefully see the REAL fat burning capability of my fat burner.
