  1. Im planning to tour in China early October. Ive read the backposts, and am checking out your recommendations. One thing that I havent read yet (or missed) in the discussions is where to find cheap (but clean) accomodations. Are there hostel(dormitory) types for travelers or such....Kasi backpackers lang kami pagpunta dun. If not, can anyone recommend a decent hotel?

     

    Much better (bakasakali lang) if may MTC member dito na willing mag-host sa amin hehehe :thumbsupsmiley: ! 1 guy (me) and 3 girls, mga barkada ko from college. Matino naman kami, all working pros, we can help with the dishes...hehehe. We'll be spending most of our time in Shanghai, but plan on going to Beijing and nearby sites.

     

    Would really help kung may magvolunteer maging tour guide hehehe....Pagusapan na lang ang payment...Thanks!

    is jou lu lu still "active street" in shanghai? used to be very cheap there... then "lao wei(s)" came and it became $100 as standard rate!

    i stayed in hilton last time. mas okay sana ang hilton kaya la'ng ang layo. :goatee:

    I recommend Coloong Valenzuela pare, for bangus and tilapia fishing near metro manila. Im sure enjoy erpats mo dyan. Erpats ko, tinutulugan at binabasahan lang ako ng dyaryo e. hehehe.

    i finally caught a lapu-lapu (~400 grams) in the river (brackish) near our fish farm!!!

  4. as of now my goal is to be able to lift heavier weights and shempre to look more buff na rin, im not fat naman and super thing just average i think. i dont drink and smoke btw.

     

    my stats are embarassing lolz but here goes >_<

     

    squat - around 105lbs(pero im quickly improving in this category baka next week heavier na lalo

    military - 70-75lbs

    bench- 90lbs

    deadlift 130-140 lbs

     

    as of now i dont plan on taking any supplements pero im palnning na once im able to squat aroung 180lbs baka im gonna start taking them na, or should i start na ba now? thnx!

     

    protein shake is a good start... if you want to grow bigger - the daily protein we get from meals is not enough :mtc:

     

    BCAA tablets are nice to chew also :D
