  1. I live with a Dalmatian, Shi Tzu (f#&k it, I don't know how to spell the name hahaü), a mini Pin, a poodle, 2 askals and my price dacschund (tama na ba?). I need a stud for my hotdog, any free or cheap ones available out there? my Andy has 17 red marks I believe... please pm me for details.

  2. i used to work for Convergys. Pay was good, 16k ++ a month, enough money for me to spend since I was still 19, fresh out of college during that time.

Now I'm 24 and I now work as a real estate broker for my mother's brokerage.

    Pay is very good.

I don't have a steady salary though; I do get to eat for free!

I get to meet a lot of new people, mostly foreign. Most of my clients come from ADB, WB, some from the embassy and other multi-national companies. I cater to the high end market, but can also help people with the lower budgets.

Most of my friends think I earn millions in a month. I may buy fake things from Greenhills and people still think that I bought the originals haha

I work on commissions, which pay about 3%-5% for a sale property and one month commission for a for lease property.

There are no holidays for me, I sometimes need to work 24-7. I may choose not to go to the office though since I don't have a steady salary.

Thus I can do my other sidelines, like: I sell brownies, cakes and other bakery products. Sell semi-precious and precious jewelry. Starting my own cleaning business and restaurant stall. and of course working part time in different real estate developers as a property consultant specifically part of their brokers division.

So if you need your property rented out or sold, or you need to rent or purchase a property... Please feel free to contact me.

  4. I forgot the name of the place and I'm not too sure if it's still there---I'm sorry ayt---but there's an authentic Persian/Mediterrenean Eatery along along R. Salas St. corner Mabini/Del Pilar.

it's a bit more expensive compared to Mr. Kebab and Behrouz but they got the real s@%t down there so it's all good.

it's called SSC or Shawarma Snack Center, it the best, price wise and flavor. anyone know where I may be able to purchase a Shawarma Spit/Shawarma Stand cooking aparatus? PLease PM me.

  6. well..philippines is still lucky to have crews in their fastfood. if ure in some countries (like in us) u do it or get it by urself.

i think in ur case, u shouldve just put ur things in ur seat and go back to get ur ketchup or might as well ask them those ketchups to go.

common sense, it's not safe to leave your things on your seat while getting condiments. this is the philippines, not exactly the safest and crime free country in the world.

leaving tips which is an acronym meaning Thanks In Prompt Service or something like that should be given out of goodwill, it's not a compulsary thing like the restaurants in the US or the taxi cabs here in the Philippines. Normally I only have two rules when deciding if i shoul tip or not; 1. if the service was really good and 2. if I think I should come back.

i hate restaurants which give change in the small denominations since most people don't like coins and tend to just leave them as tips. but doing it too much is just robbery!

Last night I was over at Ziggurat and the change they gave me was short; when I told the waitress about it she just said "okay", and made me wait for the longest time to get my money. Ziggurat in Burgos, Makati Ave area. don't really know if there are other branches.

also the jollibee at the Bonifacio Stop Over in Taguig is really bad service! really BAD! going to that pizza shop right accross it is a much better choice.

  7. LA Cafe. ask to be seated at the sports bar area and not the main area with the center bar with the sluts. normally go to that place for football(soccer), most of the time though they only show rugby or cricket :thumbsdownsmiley:

when your drunk and happy go grab some food in SSC! :thumbsupsmiley:
