    Saan ba okay na motel malapit sa Quezon Ave area... parang wala Victoria dun eh..

    Caloocan/Balintawak seems a bit far...

     

    walang motel na malapit dyan kasi bawal motel sa QC... next choice is Sta. Mesa/cubao pero malayo pa rin at walang victoria dun

    Hi, motel n00b here. :lol:

     

    How much ba ang pinaka-murang room na merong jacuzzi? Im planning to check in with my GF hehe, mga 6 hours lang.

     

    Tsaka panu ba ang procedures ng pag check-in dun kung meron kang dalang sasakyan? Dun siguro kami sa VC North Edsa or Kalookan, alin mas maganda sa dalawa? Dun kasi kami malapit eh.

    VC north Edsa and Kalookan same lang yun... i tried mabuhay suite... 995 for 5 hrs... first level dining, sala, jacuzzi, 2nd level bed room...

    Guys I need your professional opinions on this....

     

    Would you go for KIA PICANTO @ 360K or a second hand CIVIC or LANCER of about the same price?  Medyo limited budget kasi.

    :cool: + for Picanto

    * Brand New so less trouble with engine (i suppose)

    * 3 Year warranty

    * Fuel efficient

     

    :grr: - for Picanto

    * Bad Kia rep*tation

    * They say the aftersales service is not that good

    * Small car/ less room

    :cool: + for 2nd Hand Car

    * Respectable image

    * More room / bigger car

    * Better Resale Value

     

    :grr: - for 2nd Hand Car

    * Possible high maintenance

    * Possible Engine/Body/Parts problem

    * May be a gas guzzler

     

    I need your opinion especially the car experts.  This is going to be my first car so im kind of paranoid :cry:

     

    based on the looks laki ng improvement ng design ng kia comparing it with their previous rides... but since kalalabas pa lang ng picanto di pa tayo sure kung ok nga....

     

    personally i would go for a second hand car, just make sure you find a very good one... pag naka kuha ka ng matinong second hand ayos na ayos panalo ka... kahit may gastos pa sa maintenance minimal lang mas malaki pa rin yung talo mo sa depreciation... kasi sa brand new una mong talo is yung depreciation less 20-30% agad yun from the value..

     

    say a kia costs 360k less 20% talo ka na agad ng 72k sa depreciation.. with a good second hand car di naman aabot ng ganun kalaki gastos mo

    kumusta naman yung lobby or entrance... how do you compare it with motels with garage, pano kasi medjo mahiyain ako e pati na yung date ko.. info lang po pls.. hehehe

     

    sa tingin ko pinaka discreet na daan ay yung sa basement... pasok ka sa robinson supermarket... then labas ka sa parking area... from paking area may elevator... proceed to 6th floor.. first time ko nung sat di ko alam ang floor pinindot ko from 2 to 5 hehehe

     

    pero mas maganda pa rin yung mga motels na may garage.. mas ok yun lalo na kung may kotse ka.... konti lang naman yung price difference... unless talagang tyagain mo na antayin yung standard room hehehe

    Hmnn. Well. Life. Too bad for him huh. gurl-on-top, ok lang kung ikaw yung nagyaya. Its about time females should express themselves. Dito sa Pinas, mostly conservative kuno yung mga tao. But then again, sex is good huh.

     

    Ive been to several SEBs already, I must say ok naman sila, mostly. Matured, willing, walang hassle. married or not, virgin or not, it should not matter. As long as the two of you are consenting adults. No problem.

     

    Ive been visiting here since. Mostly visit, but at times, I post mesages, or ask something from other members. This site is a good source of info.

     

    For more questions, clarifications, this is a good place for you,a nd for others too, including me.

    By the way, san ako makakabili ng Okamoto condoms ngayon -- this is the thinnest, dati meron sa 7-11, ngayon bawal na magbenta ng condoms sa 7-11 outlets. hmnn. I like Okamote kesa other brands. kasi thinnest, parang wala ngang soot e. :-) Im sure the girl will like it too.

    hmm i far as i know last na punta ko dun lam ko pag whole day 1,200 ata eh. pag weekdays naman may promo sila pag 7-4 ata 355 and 9pm-7am ata !

    aba loko yun ha sabi sa akin shot time lang di kaya dahil sa friday kaya walang overnite.... sa ibang motel kasi pag friday and saturday walang overnite eh

    Ah talaga! maraming salamat panday.

    Kaso sabi mo hindi lahat ng rooms meron. Pano ko ba sasabihin sa roomboy na gusto kong room may loveseat. Kasi tuwing pumupunta ako sa mga motel pinapaderetso n agad kami sa room n ituturo nya.

    Punta sana kami mamya kung pwede isa pang tip bro B)

    tanong mo na lang directly sa room boy bago ka pumasok tsambahan lang din kasi yun eh

     

    may nag post din ng tip 32 or 31 daw... di ako sigurado dun ask mo na lang para sure :)

     

    dun ka mamaya hehehe baka magkasabay pa tayo hahaha... pero di ako dun... dun ako sa suki ko pang overnite gusto ko eh :)

    kahit yung mga ordinary rooms that goes for 360 for 6 hrs eh may love seat di nga lang lahat....

     

    pero the best nga talaga love seat jan.. yung parang gym equipment hehehe jan tuwang tuwa gf ko eh

    may mga apartelle bago dumating ng picnic groove 1.2k per night

     

    may hotel din yung tumbok ng road galing sta rosa 2k per night

     

    may mga rooms for rent inaalog sa entrance gate ng picnic groove di ko lang alam ang rates

     

    may apartelle din lagpas ng mendez crosing papuntang nasugbu bago dumating ng resideence in 1.2 k din per night...

     

    sa picnic groove, ang phil tourism authority nagpaparent ng cotages for 1.3 k per night.. may tv walang aircon.... single room with t&b

     

    sa club estancia as mentioned ... maganda ang view doon... over looking taal lake... may swimming pool pa

     

    sorry di ko na maremember yung names ng mga establishments

    magkano ang rates dito sa town and country?

     

    magkano overnite? applicable ba ang rates sa lahat ng araw most motels kasi walang promo pag fridays and saturdays eh

    any replies regarding my query?

    3-hrs 250 pag may discount card.

    overnyt ata mga 400 pag 12-7 ata eh :)

    ang maganda dito pag 5 times ka na punta dun 3 hrs gamit discount card mo libre yung pang 6 mo! :) hehe :evil:

    thanks man... got to visit t&c one of these days hehehehe one of these days....
