Im actually using a P3 system. And ubuntu edgy eft simply flies on the system. after a few modificatoins of course.

I'm running on an AMD Sempron 2400+, medyo pa low-end na rin siya. But I still can use Beryl, hehehe! Aleew!

I've also been using Ubuntu for the last few months now-- got it when the Edgy Eft was released. Ganda! It's actually my first exposure to Linux and it's made things easy for me.

By the way, I'm also using Gnome and Beryl. Ganda, ganda!

Sana nga lang, over the next two months ay tatutukan ng puspusan ang finishing nila. Ang daming sayang na chances, we could have easily won the match the way we did with Timor Leste-- may mga attempts si Caligdong at Zerrudo kanina na nakakapanggalaiti (buti na lang at kalbo ako kung di wala na siguro akong buhok, hehehe!). Pero baka naman that's asking for too much as of now. Basta constant ang improvement, masayang-masaya na ako. Weeeheee!!!

By the way, talk last year was that in this RP squad have scored more goals in a single tournament (SEA Games) than previous RP squads have scored in around a decade. This year, the same RP squad have scored more and conceded less. To think ang average age nitong mga ito ay 22-years-old. Madami pa tayong maaasahan sa kanila.

It's official though, Laos beat Brunei 4-1. Better chances for qualification for the Azkals! Hee hee hee!!!

Azkals beat Cambodia 1-0 courtesy of Ali Borromeo whose penalty was a result of super-sub Emil Calindong's hussle inside the box, forcing the Cambodian goalkeeper to foul.

Brunei are down to Laos, 3-1, as of this writing. If Brunei lose, they'll need to beat the Azkals on Monday; a draw with Brunei will mean qualification for the Azkals to the ASEAN Football Championships in January.

One bad thing about the upgrade I noticed is that some of the important plug-ins I have installed still have no updates for 2.0 so I can't use them.

Another is that the default spell checker, checks only for American English. I don't know if it has any International English support and how it can be switched. Although it's not really a problem, it's just annoying sometimes. Hehehe.

I think the next game will be against Cambodia, which we've beaten last SEA Games. I just hope our boys will not become over-confident realising that, but let's be optimistic that they'll make a repeat performance come Saturday.

By the way, I just saw this in another forum-- the highlights of RP vs Timor Leste will be shown tonight on TV Patrol.
