      "Squats and Deadlifts for a sexier you!"

       

      But you are definitely correct there. Squats and deadlifts are the best exercise a person, whether male or female, can do. Doing these two exercises alone properly beats a ton of other exercises combined.

       

      When I first started going to the gym , I hated these two moves but when I saw its benefits I began to love them. Now they are a staple in my routine.
