Even with my measly salary, I still try to travel at least once or twice a year. Being in an environment that you are not familiar with, experiencing food, culture and sights are just exhilarating for me. So far, my favorite place remains to be Taipei. It's just easily the most convenient and affordable trip I've experienced. From touring around the city via their ever reliable rail system to experiencing a myriad of night markets around the city.
