Yes, need ka muna magpatest before getting HIV Prep. Pag negats ka, you get Prep. Pag positive ka, you need ARV. Doxy? As Doxypep? After bembang to tinetake, to try and prevent syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. Remember: PEP - post exposure prophylaxis - Post means after. Meds taken after a potential risk (ie HIV, Rabies, etc - diff disease = diff meds ofcourse). PrEP - pre-exposure prophylaxis - Pre means before. Meds taken before a potential risk. (ie: Rabies Vaccines, Truvada for HIV, etc)

No. Just register on their site. Pick a date, show up. Fillout form, wait for your turn. They test using Gen3 kits.

Monthly posts like these should be required and the standard dapat. Then GMs should do their part to get tested every so often (me, example every 3 mos).

Every 3 months. Yung HIV test saktong required din sa PREP refill ko.

Depends kung saang clinic ka. Check out loveyourself. They will test you first for HIV. Dapat negats ka for PrEP.

There are really no "precaution" pills except PreP. It works. Free refill on certain clinics. I take it as extra precaution, but remember for HIV lang siya.

Free ang ARV meds dito sa Pinas on select treatment facilities.. Hassle lang is you need to take 1 pill per day, forever. Then after a few months, para ka nang walang HIV, di ka na nakakahawa. Still, positive ka pa din and if you stop taking ARVs for a while, dadami ulet yung virus. Then again, 0 reason not to take it, it's free.

Also please avoid natin gumaya ng reseta lalo na for antibiotics. Minsan kasi pag di accurate yung pag-take, nagiging resistant sila, and if spread, dadami. Always always have a check up first, then sundin yung nasa reseta ng doctor. Don't self medicate.
