Good day, everyone.

 

I occasionally experience really painful lower back pains when I undergo a lot of stressful situations.

This past week, it's happening again, but only when I have nightmares.

 

Is this normal?

ako problema ko rin yan eh, kapag gising ko nang umaga wala ako nararamdaman na sakit, masakit lang siya, kapag matagal akong nakaupo, pero kapag nakaupo ako ok siya, sumasakit doon sa may likod na parteng "puwetan" papunta sa may paa ko o bandang legs........

if u are a hardcore gamer or professional gamer, ok ang quake 3 arena or unreal tournament.......

vinyl and cd and some tapes(pero tinago ko na ito, useless na kasi eh)...pero more on vinyl ako....mga collection ko more on, new wave, punk, hardcore, indie, folk rock, blues, etc...basta from late 60's, 70's 80's and 90's, pero sa 2000 medyo limited, kasi halos basura ang mga band ngayon......

early 90's lumabas na yung mga baduy na hip hop, like vanilla ice and mc hammer etc.............buti na lang lumabas ang grunge scene, syempre dahil kay kumapreng kurt cobain, lumabas na seatlle scene and some alternative US rock band......syempre hindi papatalo ang mga british, meron din silang brit pop, nandyan yun radiohead, suede, blur oasis etc.........meron ding indie scene some band like ride, adorable, saint etienne, wedding present etc....
