I think sa mga bakal gyms ka talaga matututo....I met some friends there na talagang i push ka nila to do your best kaysa sa mga commercial gyms where people mind their own business. if you truly want to make gains, dapat sa mga bakal gyms or small gyms ka mag enroll so you can interact with people more on a personal level and maayos din yung program or workout split mo.
