Being financially well-off may not guarantee a successful and blissful thera-GM relationship as I came to know about the life of the sister of my former spakol thera. Thera-sister (TS) was the paramour of rich GM1, who is estranged from his wife. His money is clean as he earned it from the practice of his profession. TS and her family members, as well as extended family members, are treated to a year round of out of town trips on every birthday, anniversary and just about every family occasion. To top it off GM1 gave TS a house and lot worth P4.8M. The property was supposed to be their love nest until several family members moved in. Of course, the property is in the name of TS. Sadly, TS got herself another GM, GM2, while she was still in a relationship with GM1. GM2 earns well from his profession. Unfortunately, GM1 suffered a stroke sometime last year. TS went on with GM2. Now TS and GM2 has gone separate ways. TS has a newly acquired GM3. GM3 is a corrupt government employee. TS met her 3 GMs in the spa where she works. All the while and during her relationships with GM1 and GM2, TS silently works in the spa on the side whenever she was not provided money to support her vice. TS's only vice is shopping spree, but, she did not use most of the things she bought. She just loves to buy those dresses, pants, shirts, accessories, and whatever fashion trends she took a fancy for. GM3 promised her a Potato Corner kiosk that has not materialized after half a year together. Even so, TS continues to work in the spa. Right now, GM3 is living the life in the P4.8M property. Also, the success of thera-GM relationship may be stymied by the fact that a GM is married or with a GF and with a family and usually use the excuse that he is separated from his wife or partner to lure a new spa girl to satisfy his lust. This story does not attempt to generalize a thera-GM relationship but seeks to inform what may be the potential end result of such a relationship. One thing is clear, though, TS blew two chances to get out of the industry.
