    Usually bro dalawang phase ung Legs-Push-Pull ko sa isang linggo. 

    Monday - Legs - Strength (Quad Focus)

    Tuesday - Push - Strength (Chest Focus)

    Wednesday - Pull - Strength (Back Focus) 

    Thursday - Legs - Hypertrophy (Hamstring/posterior chain focus)

    Friday - Push - Hypertrophy (Shoulder Focus)

    Saturday - Pull - Hypertrophy - (Traps Focus)

     

    Pwede ko bigay sample workout ko bro. 
    Buhos ako lagi sa legs bro kase feeling ko yun ang foundation ng katawan naten eh, if gusto mo maging malakas talaga overall, work on legs. 

  2. Track your macros/calories. Calorie Deficit. Kahit naka-IF ka kung sumosobra ka naman lagi sa calories na pwede mo itake to lose weight, useless ang IF. And hindi advisable ang no rice diet lalo na pag gym goer ka.

    Start by learning jiu jitsu. It’s also good for self defense too. 

  4. Personal Opinion

    Raise your daughter to become the best woman that she can be. And this will attract the best type of men around her. Teach her values that she will look for in men. And besides, you can only do so much in your daughter’s life. Choosing her life partner will always depend on her. 
     

     

    P.S. I’m not even sure Christian Grey is the best man out there, even in the fictional world. 😂
