peace MTC people... :boo: just wanna start this thread as a reference for other people's job and salary range? what are you company priviledges - bonus plan, perks (car home etc loans), healthcare? i guess this would be helpful for other MTC people who might want to know what a typical pay / perk for different business industires.... Might also be a good place to find out if its better to start your own business (less the office deadlines, inept bosses, office hassels, etc...) di ba? hope everyone can share their info about this matter... :boo: :boo:
