kung pag iisipan nyo lang ng mabuti, kaya nag popost yun mga thera dito is para din sa mga GMs na wala pa access sa spa thread. agree ako medyo over na yun post na sobrang haba, mapapansin mo talaga pag mag post yung mga thera. pero pwede naman kasi mas simple lang. kaso nga baka di mapansin.. kung ayaw nyo nakakakita ng post ng mga thera, may ignore function naman dito. mag explore kayo sa settings. tip nalang sa mga thera, since mukhang naka template na yun mga pinopost nyo, linisin nyo yung ipopost nyo dito sa public thread. baka ikapahamak pa ng spa nyo yan at yung ibang FRs nyo medyo bulgar. yun lang peace.

no comment ako dito dude .. wala tayo magagawa sa mga thera na low quality service na pera lang habol.. actually we're here to earn money naman talaga pero syempre dapat dedicated sa trabaho at ienjoy din ang service, wag naman ipadama sa clients na pera lang talaga.. but sabi ko nga vice versa din baka kaya di inayos ung service kasi naramdaman din ng thera na di maayos treatment or negotiation between them, madaming scenario e, pero para iname drop pa sila , kawawa naman din kasi kung di na sila kukunin ng iba, malay ba natin that time may pinagdadaanan lang kaya di maayos na service... ayoko na lang din magtalk.. but ask the OG's na lang din for reco ng mga solid na performance 😁

I'm not against therapists posting here since this is a public thread, and their posts are often intended for GMs who haven't verified them yet. Let's all just enjoy the community and respect the therapists. They're here to support someone they care about whether it's family or a loved one. As GMs, we don’t always know what struggles they go through, or what led them to be part of MTC. Let them grind. If you find their posts irrelevant you can simply use the ignore list. That said, my only concern is for therapists posting here please consider filtering your posts with "FR" or any appropriate tag. Since this is a public thread, unfiltered posts might unintentionally cause raids on your respective spa or MP. As for FRs from some fellow GMs, it's true that some feel a bit exaggerated. In certain cases, it even seems like the FR is more about promoting themselves rather than giving an honest review. I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but it feels like some GMs write FRs just to boost their own image like they’re marketing themselves instead of focusing on the therapist.

If di naman totoo yung FR’s na pino post ng mga co theras ko that u mention its not impossible po na since before is d umapela ung mga clients na nag FR since di naman sila yun. Right? Cos thera’s is using their name without permission specially exposing their name in public thread. As a Newbie in Industry and one of the Top thera’s in Ventana, Proud ako na di ako nagkamali ng pinasukang management plus all my co theras is mabait at maganda talaga sila, i know u are not attacking on me but reputasyon ng Ventana at babae yung nilalagay mo sa alanganin. 🥺
