You may also want to try Diclofenac Sodium from RiteMed,for me,it works better than Colchizine.

If you cant get colchicine right away, take an anti inflammatory pain killer (like naproxen)

Just kidding folks.
Just be careful w/ your diet. Don't over eat the bad stuff. If unavoidable, alupurinol for maintenance right away to prevent attacks.

i appreciate your inputs and those above you , but please, see an internist or a rheumatologist first before taking allopurinol, because 

 

allopurinol is not a medication to get rid of the pain.   

 

 

NOT all gouty attacks are tantamount or are accompanied by HIGH uric acid levels.  

 

 

 

Pain relievers and quick symptom relief c/o colchicine are ok, but please get yourselves diagnosed first.

I never travel abroad w/o a pack of arcoxia 90 and 120.

If already diagnosed with gouty arthritis (MSU crystals on synovial fluid aspirate), hypouricemic agents (allopurinol or febuxostat) will prevent gouty attacks.

Hypouricemic agents may actually cause gout flares during asymptomatic phase thats why these agents are taken with colchicine.

Gout na ba ito ?? after ko mag sili/patis  sa sinigang kinabukasan namamaga heel ko or sa bandang baba lang ng mga fingers una akal ko lang kagat ng ipis eh tapos dati pa pala gabi gabi akong bumibili ng adobong mani aun sumasakit din kinabukasan
