Post your favorite core exercises here. Mine are

1) weighted crunches on a Swiss ball
2) hanging leg raises (damn i can only do 5 or 6 hehe)
3) side bridge
4) weighted back raises or hyperextensions

1) squats
2) deadlifts
3) two-arm dumbbell swings
4) one-arm dumbbell swings

* don't be afraid to go heavy on the swings

like the two posts above, i dont do direct core exercises. weighted pullups for me. :)
