ito exactly ang problema sir. lalo na kung asymptomatic ang carrier. ewan ko ba kung anong pinagkaiba ng massage sector sa ibang service industry kung bakit may mga nangyayaring hawaan? ang dami din kasing pasaway. mga kliyente na naghahabol ng raw at may mga therapist din daw na nag aalok mismo ng raw. ang rimming din may kaakibat na risk sa pagpapakalat ng infection.

siguro ang magandang paraan talaga is to enter the industry ng malinis. kasi wala namang magagawa ang regular na checkup kung regular client din naman ang asymptomatic carrier. mauulit at mauulit lang ang reinfection kung ganun. pero ideally kung papasok kasi ang bawat isa ng walang dalang sakit at kung safe practices lang ang gagawin then hindi basta basta magkakaroon ng infection.

Also, females are more likely to be asymptomatic, pero still infectious. 

Alam mo kung hindi kapala naniniwala sa thera mo edi hindi mo sya ganun kakilala edi sana kumuha ka ng ibang tingin mo at sa palagay mo nag sasabi ng totoo ... Naiintindihan naman kita marami naman nag sisinungaling sa ganitong industry. Pero syempre kapag regular mo sya at close .bakit pasya mag sisinungaling  . Base on my own experience lang hah. I'd probably say something discreetly.. asa pa sa nag pagaling/pagamot, kadalasan they just go by symptoms or don't really care.

From my point of view, a big no no sa unprotective sex mapa oral man yan or vaginal sex, especially if hindi mo regular partner. Prevention is better than cure ika nga. Iwas sakit sa ulo in the future and it will give you peace of mind. 

Kaya condom is a must. Pero you always have to double check if valid pa ba yung condom or walang butas. Di natin sure, still anything can happen kaya doble ingat mga GM.

Possible? Sure.. but very unlikely.. HIV is difficult to transmit via that method..

If you want peace of mind get tested 4 weeks post exposure.(2 weeks from now)

You should be more worried about gono/chlam/syph.

mahirap mag assume, so just do your test...lalo na kung hindi mo mapigalan itong bisyo haha

Just make sure to count days after exposure to avoid FALSE negative.

Std screening test package 18 (2.2k) + the optional urine test - ct/gc/tv pcr test(3.8k) would usually be enough to cover your needs.

Please note this doesn't cover possible throat infections for gono/chlamydia.. you'd probably need to swab for that, suggest you consult with a doctor(ent / std specialist) for test specific on that.(I'm not fully familiar for that area)

After reading the comments here, sadly na marami pa din ang walang alam about SExually Transmitted Infections lalo na sa HIV. Just a piece of advice wala pa ring Kumpletong lunas ang HIV, ur lucky if you will know ng mas maaga if you’re infected para mka pag start ka ng maaga ng gamot. But that doesn’t exempt you from other Infections like Gonorrhoea, Syphillis, cHlamydia, or even Hepatitis. Apart from that, yung emotional at mental stress. Lalo na sa May partners, Baka mahawaan mo lang ang partner mo without even knowing it. Make sure to practice safe sex.. and the best way Pa rin is to be MONOGAMOUS. Kahit na near the tip ng penis yung white circular spot (possible sore)?

Parang nabasa ko yung sore/chancre, dun sya lilitaw kung saan yung entry point nung bacteria.

But anyway, lagi din ako nag-da-DATY noon 2008-2019, di naman ako nagkaissue so far. Kahit ngayon, walang mouth sores, walang singaw. Nonreactive naman lahat ng RPR noong pre-pandemic🤷‍♂️ Nabasa ko kasi low-risk din daw yun kaya go lang ng go.
