Before you hire a PT, determine your goals including your timeline.
A good PT will design a program for you including diet and rest periods. A PT will also motivate you and translate your training to your personal and professional life.

Spent a lot on our personal trainer. Kaya lang I felt he'd push us too much so the sessions were not enjoyable. So we stopped it after a few months.

Had a PT when i was preppin for a sports event. Sulit naman.

this is needed para may discipline yung program. kung hindi pa tamad tamad lang

having a PT is good especially if you just started to workout
