For those suffering from migraine you may take a tablet of sumatriptan two times a day until the pain is present. You can also try avoiding foods with tyrmine (just google to foods with tyramine). Sleep is also a good cure for migraine

But with regular workout, nabawasan ang frequency ng attacks.

meron akong nalaman sa isang palabas na puro DOCTORS.. well all you have to do when you feel it, just go to a dark place.. really dark. maybe close all your light in your room and put a cold cloth in you head. Me history kami ng migraine sa family and this simple way works.. well according to the doctor parang effective daw ang botox.. pero syempre sa mga walang budget and for first aid purposes this simple way is recommended.. What are the types and symptoms of a migraine po? I have a feeling of pulsating ache at the topmost upperleft part of my head. Many thanks!

Whenever I have migraine, at least one of these four remedies work:

1. Ponstan 500sf

2. Ice pack on painful area

3. Sleep

4. Massage (with es preferred lol)

saridon seems to work fine with lots of my friends. mura naman. para+ caffeine.

pwede ka rin mag paracetamol + kape. hahahaha.

just make sure you drink the pain meds kapag malapit nang sumakit/feeling mo sasakit na. mahirap alisin yan kapag masakit na.

And if that happens, ponstan or biogesic lang ok na ko.

One important thing about migraine is to recognize its trigger and aura. Pag nasobrahan sa init ng panahon, alam na kasunod, i need to find my spot yung madilim, tahimik at iinom ng tylenol.
