Pero kung Hindi kaya, you can mitigate the effect on your memory/brain capacity by reducing your vices/bad habits. Una sa lahat, -Wag magpuyat; -Drink liquor moderately... wag gabi-gabi; -Wag umasa sa sugar rush whenever na Hindi ka nakakapagisip ng tama o mabilis. Placebo effect lang Yan.
