Usually 7am-9am if your work sched is after lunch; cut that shorter pag mas maaga sa 12pm ang start ng work sched mo. 10 minute stretching before you sets, then 30 minutes stretching pag patapos ka na. Bu the time tapos ka na, brunch will carry you over until merienda (or dinner depending kung gaano kaheavy brunch mo) Quote Link to comment
