For me, I prefer night time so that I will be tired and be able to fall asleep after work out. My schedule is also cramped in the morning.  For other people, exercise stimulates them to be more energetic for the day. Some have lots of time too in the morning or they work at night. The bottom line is that you should have one at whichever schedule you want at the end of the day. Quote Link to comment
