  2. Diet, exercise (weight training) and cardio. Cut the carbs, soda and junk food. Eat more protein and vegetables. Calorie deficit is key. Walk for 30 mins - an hour per day or at least 6000 steps a day. Drink lots of water and sleep. Matrabaho and its not instant. U have to really work for it and to be patient but its achievable.

  5. Yeah i think its important to get a trainer especially if ur a beginner coz u dont know anything yet. He/she will teach u proper posture and form and also assist u on how to do the exercises. They also help push u so that u can elevate ur level and lift or do more work so that youll get to ur goal a little bit faster than if u do it alone at first. Once u get the hang of it and know what to do na. Then u can go and do it on ur own na.
