anakng
i'm not afraid to die. ayoko lang yung sobrang hirap bago ako mamatay. I prefer yung biglang pagkamatay. A heroic death though is a dream and a prayer. Quote Link to comment
rude_angel
im not afraid to die, because i believe that i had lived my life to the fullest, and i had served my purpose Quote Link to comment
E. Fitzhume
Nope, not at all. I don't see death as an end. It could be a start of a new existence we just don't know yet. Quote Link to comment
Agent_mulder
This is something that we cant avoid, what we need to do is live life to the fullest, try and do good things, saka syempre mag-prepare ka na para dito para hindi mahirapan yung maiiwanan mo. Quote Link to comment
shodandille
the only thing i'm afraid of is not being able to prove to god that i do believe and love him before i die... but dying itself? its not really something i'm afraid of when my grandma died, i was soooo looking forward to dying cuz it didn't sound so bad -- it just meant that i would see my loved ones sooner.. but now, i dont think i've done anything "special" in my life. so i dont think i've done my mission yet. i'm not afraid of dying, i just don't think i'm ready just yet. ATONG ANG
the only 2 things inevitable in life is the certainty of birth and death and the certainty of change. notice how animals seem to prepare for their death? they seem to take it as a natural course in life. we, humans, who are both blessed and cursed with our own intelligence and emotions, thus giving us the selfish nature of fearing the loss of our very own existence. death can be a light as a feather but can be as heavy as a mountain. the impact of one's death (and life) on himself. others and the course of things is what is essential. yes, i fear death very much. i did not attended a funeral or burial cemetery until i was 14, being pampered by protective and superstitious parents. up to this time, i have a phobia of things related to death like coffins, hearses, funeral parlors, etc. sometimes i imagine how death wouldnt be so feared if it were so simple, untainted by man's complexities. imagine dying in a deserted forest or mountain where there would be no funeral rites, just simple decaying of a human body. while we are alive, let's enjoy what we have. look not into our past or future, but into the vivid reality. savor each breath and each raindrop. life is wonderful. enjoy the simple pleasures of life like a simple thunderstorm or a sunny morning. tune the 5 human senses to extensively feel everything around you. in a nutshell, let's eat. lee_iacocca
Whenever I think of death, which is not very often, I say the following prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can;and wisdom to know the difference Quote Link to comment
curian
i am not afraid to die... hmm... question.. why does everybody wants to go to heaven but most are afraid to die? Quote Link to comment
Z
I'm not and in a sense am already 'dead'. In my view it is in embracing death that we live life. Quote Link to comment

maharaja
Yes. I'd hate to die kung today... or tomorrow... or anytime in the near future. There's so many things that i need to do and experience pa. No. If we're talkin' about dying somewhen like 70-ish <mejo asa ako abot ako jan> then id make sure na i've done everything i wanted na. lucky9space
Ako masasabi kong hindi ako takot mamatay. kasi gusto ko na, kaso di a ako kinukuha. Matatakot lang siguro ako kapag malapit na since na part ng pagkatao natin ang mortido. Quote Link to comment

decipher
i live in the fast lane... im not scared to die... Why should I fear death? If I am, death is not. If death is, I am not. Why should I fear that which can only exist when I do not?--- from the ancient Greek philosopher Epicurus Quote Link to comment
knights_templars
Death is inevitable. We shouldn't fear it. You only fear it if you're holding on to far too many things. Quote Link to comment
