WORLD POOL MASTERS

Good luck to our very own Francisco "Django" Bustamante as he will be the lone Filipino bet in the World Pool Masters to be held in Nottingham, England on November.

MOSCONI CUP

Earl Strickland will not play in the 2014 Mosconi Cup. I don't know the reason or how did the sponsor of Team USA drafted it's players. However, Team USA will be led by sweet shooting "The South Dakota Kid" Shane Van Boening.

The MP World 10 Ball Championship will start today. Filipino cue artists as well as world's greats will compete in this prestigious event wherein the champion will bag 40,000 USD....wow! The Filipino contingent will be spearheaded by Django Bustamante, Carlo Biado, Dennis Orcollo, Lee Vann Corteza, Warren Kiamco and many more. Darren Appleton, Thorsten Hohmman, Mika Immonen, Ralf Soquet, Ko Pin Yi, Chang Jun Lin and returning pool great Yang Chin Shun and many more will join the mayhem.

Unfortunately, The Legend Efren Bata has dropped this tournament because of a death in his family.

Condolence to Efren Bata Reyes and his family.

2015 MP World 10 Ball Championship

Lee Vann Corteza, Carlo Biado, Roberto Gomez and Ronnie Alcano are some of the Filipino cue artists who will have their round of 64 knockout match today.

Warren Kiamco and Johann Chua were only some of the few Filipino who survived yesterday's round of 64 knockout match.

Big names that have lost their chance for 10 ball supremacy were Django Bustamante, world #7 Dennis Orcollo, Thorsten Hohmann, Ralf Souquet and world#1 Chang Yu Lung.
