yanzmyk
I recently bought an external HDD tapos inabutan ako ng brownout while copying some files. Now when I try to access the HDD, it says I need to reformat it. I know the data probably got corrupted but is there some way to recover the data which I've already saved on the HDD? Meron ba shop or something that offers data recovery? Quote Link to comment
Hattori
Try looking for Hiren's boot disk or download GetNFTS data. Yes, your files might still be there intact. Just don't overwrite it with data yet. Yo don't need to go to an Internet shop for that. Also, you need a spare HDD to cache the data while retrieving it. Quote Link to comment
riv123
Give HDD Regenerator a spin. HTH. Quote Link to comment

hitomi
any update? anyway, a shop in sm north's cyberzone does data recovery. it was near mcdo at the time. after sm north's renovation , i don't know where they moved. maybe someone here has an idea? Quote Link to comment
riv123
for what it's worth, you could do the recovery yourself BUT BE VERY VERY CAREFUL as you might do more harm than good to the data. that's why data recovery is expensive and offers no guarantee. imho Quote Link to comment
