Edmond_Dantes
Take supplements ONLY when you work out on a daily basis (or at least 5x a week), because that's the only way all those chemicals will have a positive effect on your body. Quote Link to comment
Redderredder
Caffeine pills maganda gamitin. K0RN - RETIR3D
Best to take if and only if you don't get enough nutrients from whole foods. Quote Link to comment
_Gelo_
Kung sobrang busy ka na sa trabaho at hindi mo na namomonitor yung nutrients na kailangan ng katawan mo, then you need it Quote Link to comment
HammerHammerHammer
Yes but only after making sure that you're already maxing out your macros in your diet and it's not worth it to eat more. Quote Link to comment
