Supplements - to Take or Not to Take?

Vitamin B3 is water soluble, so not much negative effect in taking it in any form.

 

Well, I know a bit about vitamin B3 in general. I am talking about the discovered new form of vitamin B3 called nicotinamide riboside (NAD+), of which Niagen is one brand name of it. I am wondering if it is available here.
