Flash Sentry
Vitamin B3 is water soluble, so not much negative effect in taking it in any form. Well, I know a bit about vitamin B3 in general. I am talking about the discovered new form of vitamin B3 called nicotinamide riboside (NAD+), of which Niagen is one brand name of it. So far studies have been optimistic about it: https://medcom.uiowa.edu/theloop/news/first-human-clinical-trial-for-nicotinamide-riboside although there seems to be some negative effect as well: https://jissn.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12970-016-0143-x Overall though it seems the positive benefits outweigh the negative ones. I am wondering if it is available here. Quote Link to comment

Flash Sentry
Adding zinc to my supplements aside from multivitamins. Zinc helps in boosting testosterone levels, and as much as possible I would like to do that naturally without having to going through TRT. Quote Link to comment

spnk
Be careful of nutriceuticals because sometimes it can be harmful if not taken properly. Seen a few people I knew that experienced allergies once they took supplement pills. Quote Link to comment
