TheNinjaMaster
Taking food supplements is neither good or bad. But how it should be utilized is the question or how can it be effective. Simple as, work hard for your goal, train smart and proper, good rest, clean and portioned diet. Gulping supplements won't is just a waste of time, effort and money if improperly taken. Make sure to take your water with it. Bottom line: Does it work for you? Do you train smart, rest well, and eat clean and in portions? Most importantly, why do you go to the gym? Is your mind set enough to reach your goal? Do you see results (it comes out after a few months). What I take and what I've got from it? Whey protein (very essential for many), Creatine (energy supply, ATP), Amino Energy or green tea (I take it as a pre-workout, for an extra punch, improved focus, and mental alertness). What I got? A better me. Gains? 195 lbs. down to 181 lbs. in 2 and a half months. Ask knowledgeable people. Be smart. Happy lifting! Quote Link to comment
Mangoioioi
Whey protein should be enough. Quote Link to comment

JoshuaJacob
I use a natural supplement by boiling Malunggay leaves and storing them inside a pitcher then placing at the ref. I pick the malunggay leaves in my garden. I do not anymore take any capsule or tablet supplement. Natural source is still the best and have no side effects. Quote Link to comment

itachi21
I used to take amino acid and creatine lng. Enough na siya to build significant muscle. Of course dapat serious ka sa workout. Kng gusto mo lalo pa lumaki, take more supps, whey perhaps, and lift more. Quote Link to comment
