Supplements - to Take or Not to Take?

for me, ang actual supplements na may effect ay

 

1. Protein powders

 

2. Creatine

 

3. Glutamine.

 

 

 

 

Protein poweders and glutamin mas mabillis mawala ang sakit ng katawan at take before and after pictures (2months) kita mo difference. ang creatine naman nakakalakas ng buhat pero ang lakas mag pataas ng timbang and at the same time, lumalaki pisngi at leeg ko. mukhang manas

Whole food wins over any supplement any day! I've tried everything from various types of creatine to protein powders to hemodilating (NOx) drinks to all kinds of stimulants to fat loss pills and oral steroids complete with PCT and whatnot. They will mostly work until such time you develop tolerance to them and until you can afford buying them. The reality is harsh. You spend on everything now, get the gains. Once you stop a long time,97% of your gains go away and you're back to where you started. So before you even start, just ask yourself if you're willing to keep spending until you're 70. If not then you're just turning your muscle gains (and money) into a food pantry.
