depende yan sa katawan mo kung saan hiyang...i tried egg whites and soya milk mix sa blender ok sya...sinabayan ko ng steroids (anavar) bilis ng improvements kung masipag ka magbuhat makikita mo agad result...noon yun...tinamad nako kaya nahinto nako sa gym hehe...if you really want to maintain or gain muscles dapat continuous ang pagbubuhat coz pag yan hininto mo babalik sa dati katawan mo babagsak...steroids pampabilis lang ng paglaki ng katawan yan paghininto mo pagbubuhat mo babagsak din katawan mo...useless din...lahat ng steroids walang permanente...meron aksidente pagnasobrahan ka..

For health, omega 3s and vitamin C. I think multivitamins are not needed if you eat lots of veggies and fruits.

 

For strength, nothing beats Creatine! (if you're natural). Pre workouts also help a lot, but are expensive.

 

About Whey protein, it's not needed IF you can get your daily quota of protein (around 0.8-1.5 grams per pound of body weight) without it.

Kasi Whey protein is just like protein from meat, only difference is mas mabilis cya ma digest ng katawan.
