Can I let go of the Casein and just drink Pro-Complex before sleeping?

Bale instead of drinking Pro-Complex before and after workout, I'd be drinking Whey. tapos Pro-Complex before bed.

 

I heard kasi na medyo mabagal din mag-digest yung Pro-Complex (?)

 

As I told you before, no need to drink any protein before working out, after lang ok na.

 

The take the pro complex before sleeping.

 

Pro complex isn't slow... Mix nga sha. Its 7 proteins so there are fast and slow proteins.

I am taking Optimum Nutrition's WHEY Protien ( Double Choco) and AMINO Supreme 2222.

 

So far it really helped me BULK up and gain strength,...although the WHEY doesnt taste as good as products from Cyto Sports' Muscle Milk and BSN's Syntha 6.

 

Mahirap pati i swallow ( ay bastos,..I dont do that,..LOLS) ung AMINO 2222 since they are really,...HUGE capsules.....

im working out for about a month and have been taking hydroxycut hc, so far so good

 

just a question to the vets/experts:

my main goal is weight loss and body toning, will it be alright to take whey protein along with HHC while doing my routine cardio/weight training? and what whey protein brand can you recommend that impacts primarily weight loss and muscle building? im looking at some brands from philsupplements but its quite confusing for a beginner.

You can try replacing your evening meal with a scoop of whey protein.

I use to do this when i was at the same goal as you are right now.

I have lost 50 lbs. just doing that.

 

Plus having a good workout routine.

Effective in what sense??

 

for builing muscles. i was just wondering that it is usually the firt supplements introduce to every newbie. but havent found any genuine testimonial about it. all there were are promotional articles or advertisement. also if i remember it right, eclipse guy did not mention amino on his recommended supplements in eclipse gym website.
