Baraka
Supplements are needed. Based from the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) that they recommend all adults to take vitamin supplements daily.RDA of fruits & vegetable is enough to prevent deficiency but those are not enough to prevent diseases. It's a better take natural supplements instead of synthetic supplements. airport-noo
If a capsule costs more than an apple, I'll buy an apple. Maybe a few more fruits on rotation: orange, pear, banana, melon, grapefruit, etc. They taste better and fills me up better than capsules. Quote Link to comment
