For me its a toss up between Chrome and Firefox with IE and distant 3rd. Chrome for its speed, Firefox for Security and IE, for censorship lols. I remember reading an article about how browsers handle censored stuff (i.e Porn) and IE displayed pics with less censorship compared to chrome and FF.

definitely mozilla or chrome, since you can tweak a lot of when using it and customize to your likings
