Morning Habit

Drink 1-2 glasses of water... kahit ihing-ihi na.. :thumbsupsmiley:

 

 

Good habit of drinking water 1st thing in the morning......me, I go to the washroom first and unload...then...

 

1. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm water

2. After 30 mins, first meal of the day is 3-4 pcs of medium-sized bananas with protein/choco shake

3. 90 minutes workout...with 2 liters of water.

4. 30 mins rest and take heavy breakfast (fish, half rice, 6 white eggs, vege) wt protein shake again...and take my 5 vitamins and supplements

5. Bath and off to work.....
