Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm water2. After 30 mins, first meal of the day is 3-4 pcs of medium-sized bananas with protein/choco shake3. 90 minutes workout...with 2 liters of water.4. 30 mins rest and take heavy breakfast (fish, half rice, 6 white eggs, vege) wt protein shake again...and take my 5 vitamins and supplements5.
