Guest Leviticus
6. During the pendency of the case, the court shall decide the custody of the children and the children's choice is a factor. After annulment the court decides but no children under seven years old shall be separated from their mother, unless there are compelling reasons to award custody to the father.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>What are the compelling reasons to award custody to the father (based on the 7-year-old child's decision to stay with the mother)? Guest Leviticus
Ako naman ask for help... Is there a program that can do consolidating of data within an intranet? To be precise (ang hirap describe what is needed), people here have to input reports and data by opening one excel file. So far ok ang system nila but the disadvantage is that hindi pwede ang sabay sabay silang maginput (via their individual workstations). kailangan pa nila maghintay until matapos yung isa. macx98
San po ba ko pwedeng magreklamo about sa problem ko? Kasi I bought a mother board as a replacement sa nasira kong board and it has a 1 year waranty. Unfortunately nasira yung board which is still under waranty. So binalik ko, sabi nila it will take 1-2 weeks lang makukuha ko na yung replacement. Kaso it's almost 1 1/2 month na, hindi pa rin sila nakakakuha ng replacement sa board. Pinagmumumura ko na nga sila eh, and I'm planning to make a legal action about this na. Any suggestions?? Thanks mga idol!<{POST_SNAPBACK}> dude, i think you need to include the brand name of the product and the retail store where you brought it. cursing at the service people would do you no good in my opinion. kakaiba
you can set up a php-database based system and have everybody work on a single spreadsheet that can be exported to excel. everybody would be logging in via their browsers and into a secured web page, tapos everybody can work on the same file. then at the end of the day you can exported the contents of the database to excel.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> that's a good suggestion IF the added data are incunclusive to the previous existing data. meaning the user only appends data disregarding what the other data are. but if the user uses the data as a pointer to the other data, meaning that the new data is incunclusive without the other data, that particular data should be locked until the existing user releases it. the other users can still view the data that is currently being edited as read-only and will constantly update it with a specified interval. and if you go for the web-based solution as stated by macx98, you don't need to export it back to excell. just another user that can access the said data. no more excess files and your data are centralized for easy access of all. MrSouth
Hmmm... lotsa queries ic. Il just answer one for tonight... I agree with cdma. In addition, u may want to check out RA8484, a new law on access devices which includes credit card fraud. There is a provision there that a cardholder is presumed to have used his credit card with intent to defraud if he abandons or surreptitiously leaves the address stated in his credit card application without informing the credit card company if the amount is more than P10T and has a past de account of at least 90 days.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> so ano usually sanctions dun sa mga ang term na ginagamit is "tumatakbo", "tinakbuhan"... aside from being black listed for several years... dami ko kasing naririnig na usapan abt jan e... parang andaming tumatakbo... haha... Guest Kilabot
i don't think so. Most likely you may have uninstalled something along with an uninstallation of another program. Try uninstalling and reinstalling your mp3 rippers/encoders. Try Audiograbber too as an alternative encoder.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>actually, i formatted my pc. Then when i installed the programs, these problems came up. I uninstalled & reinstalled the 2 sws, but the problems are still there Quote Link to comment

cdma
What are the compelling reasons to award custody to the father (based on the 7-year-old child's decision to stay with the mother)?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Examples of compelling reasons are: 1. The mother is insane.2.She is sick with some communicable disease.3.She maltreats the child.4. The mother is in open cohabitation with her common law husband under circumstances that may prevent the child from growing up as an upright and moral-minded person. The fact that the mother is a prostitute or has been unfaithful to the husband does not render her an unfit mother. Hope this helps. Quote Link to comment

totoybola
although the above examples may be indicative, there is no hard and fast rule in depriving a mother of custody of her child. each case has to be decided on its own merits. basta best interests of the child lagi ang standard.
