sago Posted November 24, 2003 Share Posted November 24, 2003 maganda kase sa hi-resolution at heavy 3D graphics ang dalawang ito, 8Pipelines ang rendering channels unlike the usual 4. 9100, 9500,9700 ang 8 Piped im not sure about the 9800. Pero yung 9000, 9200, 9600 puro 4 lang yun. kaya mas mabilis ang 9500 kaysa sa 9600. may mga nag-iimport pa rin nito galing Canada. dun lang kase pwede ibenta ang ATI cards na "Made by ATI" talaga. dito sa Asia, puro "Powered by ATI" like Sapphire, Powercolor, ASUS etc. Sayang nga eh, someone offered me 8K for the ATI 9700Pro a month ago, kaso i need to pay my tuition that day ( i pay for all of my fees), he can't wait for 2 days. 15K ang normal na price ng 9700Pro, about the 9500, mga 11K. starting from 9500, puro DirectX 9.0 compliant na to kaya ang ganda ng rendition. Good Luck sa videocard. Tama sinabi ni pareng Sago, ok yung CAK88T. pre 8pipeline din ang 9800,tapos higher clockd(>50MHz than 9700, not sure though)tapos better architecture. pre ok din s overclocking ang Sapphire,pero sabi nila mas ok ang gawa ng ATI.anyways hve to read reviews p on ASUS. langya pre sayang yng P8K na 9700pro ah! super mura non, sana skip k muna ng 1 sem and play games all day! hehe. FYI: sa mga GeForce FX afficionados... dont worry mabilis ang din ang GeForceFX s OpenGL,pero pagdating s DirectX 9.0 - wow :boo: lumilipad ang Radeon!!! would u believe na tinatalo ng radeon 9600 ang geforcefx5800($200 vs $400 video card)? bkt kamo? kse GeForceFX is using 32bit precision pagdating s DX9.0 while radeon is using 24bit precision. DX9.0 specifies that to be compliant a video card must use AT LEAST 24bit precision, kaya mas mabilis ang Radeon s DX9.0. ang tanong mas maganda b ang 32bit precision s 24bit precision? let ur eyes decide but take note almost half ang performance ng geforcefx pag 32bit precision ang gamit nya compared to Radeon's 24bit precision.kaya tinatalo ng radeon 9600 ang geforcefx5800!!! marc.alan Posted November 24, 2003 Share Posted November 24, 2003 jupiter: i made Win200 run smoothly... ayos lang naman eh... basta, problem lang yung Floppy, nawala na lang bigla. i strongly think its the bios. if i remove the bios battery, will the whole thing reset to default? matatanggal ko ba ang batt pag natanggal ko ang screws and covers?? by the way, i am using win200, no problems except for that floppy thing, which worked OK naman... im using FAT32, not NTFS Quote Link to comment
