Wolf
I don't know who to ask about this but i have a situation right now. My exhubby and I had signed a Child Support Contract 2 years ago stating that the education of our kids would be divided to the both of us. meaning that my son's education would be shouldered by me and he would be handling my doter's. Last year, he wasn't able to give anything for the tuition fee of our doter and I was forced to borrow money from banks to pay for everything and he hasn't payed me yet. Now, I have a strong feeling that he will do the same thing again. That I would pay for everything again. Is there anyway that I can file for any case about this? The problem is that the contract is not yet stamped or signed by any Notary Public Attorney.. Can anyone help me on this?? Thanks so much...Hi. Here's the thing. You two are still married, right? If you are, then that contract is null and void in the first place because the law assumes and prescribes joint support for the family. Hence, you need not enter into a contract on that. If he does not give anything, you cannot force him to do so. However, he has to assume part of the obligation to pay back the bank because the loan proceeds benefitted the family. If your marriage is either already annulled or declared a nullity, the answer will be different. You can file a Petition for Support for that. If you two are legally separated as decreed by a court, you can also file the same petition. Quote Link to comment
badblizzard
Guys tanong lang regarding with my motherboard which is MSI K8N Neo4 F Socket 939... According to the manufacturer's specifications, it supports both USB 1.1 and USB 2.0. But, tuwing nagpplug in ako ng HI-SPEED device, lagi padin siyang nagpprompt na "This device will work faster on a USB2.0 port" something like that. And when I view the available ports for my PC, it says na there are no HI-SPEED USB ports sa computer ko. Paano ko maayos to? One friend told me na iupdate ko daw BIOS. Any other steps? Kapag nagkamale ka ng update ng BIOS mo diba pwede naman ireset yung CMOS Battery tama ba? A lot of the settings for your motherboards devices and interfaces can be found sa BIOS settings mo. You do not need to update your BIOS, and I advice you not to update by yourself if you haven't done so in the past. Kasi pag nagkamali ka ng pag update ng BIOS mo, di mo pwede i reset using CMOS battery. So better be careful. Quote Link to comment

Wolf
Have a legal question din. my staff had an affair sa isang married man. Anu ang habol nya dito? She is pregnant It depends on the circumstances. If there was deceit, e.g., like a promise to marry, or the fact of being married was concealed, she can sue for damages. If the guy is a professional, he can lose his license. If there was no deceit (true love daw pala), her only remedy is to seek recognition and support for the child. Quote Link to comment

You can file a criminal case against your husband for violating Republic Act 9262 (Anti-Violence against women and their children) for his failure to give support. this case may be filed notwithstanding the exsitence of your agreement, because, even if you are married to him or not, he is obligated to give support. this action is a criminal case, meaning pwede mo sia ipadampot at ipakulong. you can also file a civil case for support pero mas ok yung RA 9262. vanalirak
Have a legal question din. my staff had an affair sa isang married man. Anu ang habol nya dito? She is pregnant You have to know if before they had an affair, alam ba na staff mo n married yung guy? if yes, they can both be charged for concubinage. pag hindi naman, then she can file a civil case for damages, predicated on the ground that he withheld the information that he is married to another when he entered into a relationship with your staff. pwede rin na admin case if he is a licensed professional for gross immorality and or misconduct. but i guess her problem is what to do the child to be born. sa ngayon he cannot ask for any support not unless the guy would voluntarily give support but once the child is born, your staff should the married man to acknowledge that he is the father of their child and to give support, if he refuses to do so, then your staff can file a civil case for "paternity and support". mael6710x
Generalz, Why don't u invest on an APC UPS? I have a Bak UPS ES-500 where I get my router and modem's power supply. At least the spikes etc coig the the power line would be elimnaited. As usual- u may have to have a Voltage Regular- A servo type 500w would be wnough to power your PC and the above (rpouter and modem) peripherals. Next- upgrade the firmware of both your router and modem. This is the instructions that your modem and router would have. Now it it is still erratic- renw your call for help. Quote Link to comment

Wolf is correct, the dude is liable for estafa. actually you don't have to file a case before the prc coz d nga sia professional. what u can do is to get a certification from the prc that he is not a licensed professional then you file a criminal complaint for estafa. mas matindi na yun. hope dis would help.
