Little John
Tanong lang mga attorneykung pinaayos ko ung computer ko sa technician tapos ung technician may nakitang mga scandals duon at pinagkalat niya. wildswans
Sir, let's say, my parents decided to sell the condominium unit that they rent out for investment. Is it under the law that they should first ask the tenant renting the place if they would be interested in buying the property or not before selling it to others? If so, should it be done in writing? Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment

Pwede pa ikaw ang mag-file ng complaint kasi violation ng privacy mo ung pag access ng scandals na hinde naman connected sa pag-ayos ng computer. Quote Link to comment
Pinoymale
Hi, my question is about Renewal of lease and here is the conditions. "Upon the expiration of the Lease Period the LESSEE, with the conformity of the LESSORS may renew the same for a similar period subject to their terms and conditions" does the lessee have the right to demand for a renewal of contract?thanks in advance for the answers. The Lessee does not have the right to demand for a renewal because renewal requires the "conformity" of the Lessors. Renewal must be consensual and voluntary. Quote Link to comment
beastie
How do you file a case against someone who lives in the province? Do I need to get a lawyer from that province? Or will a manila-based lawyer will do? Will there be a difference in legal fees? Quote Link to comment

Thanks in advance. There's no law requiring the condo owners that they should first ask the tenant renting the place if they would be interested in buying the property or not before selling it to others. Unless there is a provision in the lease contract of "right of first refusal" to the tenants. Quote Link to comment

Or will a manila-based lawyer will do? Will there be a difference in legal fees? The nature of the case you file will determine where you should file the complaint. It would be cheaper to hire a lawyer near the area where you file the case. A lawyer who has to travel a long distance to the court where you file your case will naturally charge you more.
