Keep making follow up calls and even visits to the arbiter. If nothing happens, file an Urgent Motion for Early Resolution. I suggest you get yourself a new lawyer to handle the matter. Btw, who is the arbiter?

Ser as far as I know there are credit cards with theft protection and as advance as the technology is in the networking and computer industry there are ways to trace illegal use of a credit card.

 

Just food for thought, how would you feel if you are the owner of that card and somebody else used your card and you ended up paying for it. Believe me I know the feeling. It happened to me before. I wanted to hire a killer and hunt whoever did that to me.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8792 June 14, 2000, Title: "AN ACT PROVIDING AND USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS, PENALTIES FOR UNLAWFUL USE THEREOF, AND OTHER PURPOSES"

 

 

Section 33. Penalties. - The following Acts, shall be penalized by fine and/or imprisonment, as follows:

 

(a) Hacking or crackling with refers to unauthorized access into or interference in a computer system/server or information and communication system; or any access in order to corrupt, alter, steal, or destroy using a computer or other similar information and communication devices, without the knowledge and consent of the owner of the computer or information and communications system, including the introduction of computer viruses and the like, resulting in the corruption, destruction, alteration, theft or loss of electronic data messages or electronic documents shall be punished by a minimum fine of One Hundred Thousand pesos (P 100,000.00) and a maximum commensurate to the damage incurred and a mandatory imprisonment of six (6) months to three (3) years;

 

( Piracy or the unauthorized copying, reproduction, dissemination, or distribution, importation, use, removal, alteration, substitution, modification, storage, uploading, downloading, communication, making available to the public, or broadcasting of protected material, electronic signature or copyrighted works including legally protected sound recording or phonograms or information material on protected works, through the use of telecommunication networks, such as, but not limited to, the internet, in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights shall be punished by a minimum fine of One Hundred Thousand pesos (P 100,000.00) and a maximum commensurate to the damage incurred and a mandatory imprisonment of six (6) months to three (3) years;

I need badly a legal advice on our family problem. Here is the situation:

 

(1) My parents are legally separated. Annulled po ang kasal ng aming ama't ina. Dalawa po kaming magkakapatid, at kami po ay pinalaki ng aming ina at ng kanyang kinakasama, na siya naman pong aming kinilalang ama, at meron kaming dalawang kapatid sa ina.

 

(2) Pagkatapos po ng annullment, ang aming ama naman po ay nag-asawa at nagkaroon ng anak din po sa kanyang pangalawang asawa at may mga anak po sila.

 

Ang tanong ko po meron po ba kami ng aking kapatid na mamanahin sa aming ama? Kasi po mayaman ang pamilya ng aming ama at pinamanahan siya po ng aming lolo't lola ng mga lupain at iba't ibang ari-arian.

 

Ang sa akin po sana ay huwag na pong maghabol pero naaawa po ako sa aking nakakabantang kapatid dahil may kapansanan, at ang masakit po nito ay mula pong nagkahiwalay ang aming magulang ay wala po akong alam na kami'y sinuportahan ng aming ama. At hindi ko po alam kung nakasulat sa desisyon ng annulment na ang aming ama ay kailangang magbigay ng sustento.
