ask ko lang sana kung paano ang process na magpatitulo ng lupa, im from laguna,

and we believe na wala pang title ang kinatitirikan ng bahay/lupa namin, we've been here from

10 yrs. plus na,and developed na rin ang lugar namin,gusto sana naming patituluhan, ano po gawin nmin?

or paano po kami makakakuha ng right's? pag sinabi bang may right's kami sa lupa namin may document

kaming galing sa munisipyo? thank's po! don't know kung natanong na po dito 2, nagback read npo me' kso di ko makita..

Go to the Municipal Assessor's Office and check with their tax map kung kanino nakapangalan ang lugar na kinatitirikan ninyo. Kung merong nakapangalan, check nyo kung may titulo siya o wala. Pag me titulo siya, wala na, TAPOS NA ANG BOKSING - di nyo mapapatitulohan. Kung wala siyang titulo, lumalabas na siya (yung taong pinapangalanan sa Assessor's Office) ang nagbabayad ng amillar (sa kanya nakapangalan ang tax declarations). Mahihirapan kayo pag me tax declarations ang lupa sa pangalan ng ibang tao.

 

Question ko rin, paano napunta sa inyo ang lupa (did you buy this 10 years ago or basta na lang kayo nagtayo dun)

 

Kung walang titulo ang lupa, pinaka-importanteng malaman kung ito ay alienable and disposable land of the public domain. Tingnan nyo sa Land Management Bureau (LMB) ng Laguna atsaka sa Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) kung ano ang status ng lupang kinatatayuan ninyo. Tanungin nyo na rin kung me taong nagfile na ng public land application o land patent application sa lupa nyo. Note na kung hindi classified as alienable and disposable land ang lupa nyo, di ito pwedeng patitulohan.

 

Assuming na alienable and disposable land ang kinatatayuan ninyo at walang ibang claimant, there are two ways by which you can have your land titled:

 

1. File a case in court to prove that you have been occupying the land since June 12, 1945 (by yourself and through the persons from whom you got the property); or

2. Public land patent (apply kayo to buy the land from the government - through the Bureau of Lands [ito na yata ngayon ang LMB)

I tried reading the SC 1994 decision, I have to admit, it was quite long and complex. Just a few questions though, I noticed that several petitioners either withdrew the case, agreed to a compromised, or their case was dismissed. The SC came about with several decisions pertaining to different batches. To what specific batch do your parents belong?

 

Do they belong to the batch whose complaints were dismissed? Or to those who were required to present additional evidence? Or to those who were awarded by the NLRC?

anyway, my father belongs to the batch awarded by the NLRC. he submitted all pertinent docs years ago. right now, their batch has monthly meetings headed by their lawyer.

 

i even accompanied my mother to sign documents in the lawyer's office -- that we are agreeing that 25% of the proceeds will go to the lawyer.

 

whenever my parents bring up this topic, i get frustrated. it seems that the case is going in circles.

We had the same problem here at the office 2 days ago.

 

It was resolved by checking your display settings.

 

Somewhere in the advance tab, the user unintentionally changed the orientation of the screen.. Check mo, theres another tab there, I could not recall exactly but the key is go the advance settings of your display properties.

A windows movie maker question:

 

How do I mute an audio clip inserted on the Windows Movie maker? Because when I lower or minimize the volume of the movie clip, all movies got affected. Danke.

my father bought the land nung late 1993 pa, sa kumpare nya for 50thou.pesos, nsa 60 sq.m po itong lupa namin,nag pirmahan lang po with consent ng brgy.they believe lupa daw ito ng gobyerno,(ayon nrin po sa brgy.chairman nmin)madami na ring nmang nakatira di2 sa lugar namin and kung bga civilized na,kung sakali pong wala pang titulo land namin, pwede bng i go for the #2 option? ok lang po bng patituluhan kahit 60 sq.m lang?kaano po kaya kalagi ang magagastos? kung may title npo itong land namin,at nakapangalan na sa ibang tao wala npo ba kaming habol? wala po ba kaming right's kahit konti? di ba po may karapatan na kami kung sakali kasi non moving po yung property,10 yrs. mahigit na pong walang naghahabol sa lupa? paki correct lang po kung mali, thank's po sa advice check ko lng po sa munisipyo, update po kita kung anong result,

Here's an interesting problem:

 

At the office we are the IT support. There was this one case where the user's screen "rotated" 90 degrees. Yup, ROTATED and stayed that way. just imagine laying your monitor on it's side or tilting your head horizontally to see the images on the monitor. This is not a monitor setting. The user accidentally made a few keybaord combinations and then poof, that happened.

 

Screen resolution, desktop icons, all other display settings appear normal. The images in the screen were proportional to the rotation of the screen.

 

How did that happen? I've tried searching the internet but I am having trouble describing it in the search box.

 

I tried restarting the system but it booted to the rotated screen always.

 

We resolved it by doing a system restore during boot up, so it means this is a windows setting and not a hardware thing. The OS is WinXP SP2.

 

Any input would be appreciated.

 

Graphic card settings management apps sometimes have the option to rotate the screen if the monitor (LCDs only, I think) and the graphics card supports it. Most of the NVIDIA graphics cards I used has this option.

WMM does not include an audio editor. Adobe premiere can do this for you.

Download mo itong K-lite mega codec pack which includes quicktime alternative (shown as movie player classic) and almost all types of codec. Mga 30MB nga lang ito. otherwise you can just download quicktime alternative (freeware). Use quicktime alternative (movie player classic) to play the rmvb file.

ano pwede gawin para pwede ko na maback-up ulit.

Copy your PST archive to another folder such as inside your My Docs. You can use the outlook function for this or you can search you PST file and copy it manually via windows explorer.

 

Or you can create/add another PST file through outlook data management and use the "copy to" or "move to" folder function of outlook.

help!!! accidentally delete my autorun vbs(tinamaan kasi ng Kvirus-whatever that is)...cant open my hard disk files(drive c) anymore..ayaw na gumana yun autorun function...what should i do? appreciate advice or suggestion as to how to go about it...thnxs..

 

I would recommend that you re-install your operating system but do not choose to reformat the "C:" drive once asked during installation. This is what you call "dirty installation" and will not delete your files - it will just overwrite the OS files as long as you will not choose anything that will cause it to delete the harddisk content during installation. When the installation completes, back-up all your data immediately. Then re-install your OS again and choose to reformat the "C:" drive. Time consuming but it's worth it.

Have you guys tried renaming the AVESQ.DAT files from a VCD to

Ex. "File.Mpg" ? I hav eben doing this always and it works.

Is it really ok to do this? I guess it converts the DAT file to standard MPEG.

Or do I need to use a converter?

 

it does not change the "dat" file to MPEG. You just changed the extension filename. The reason it plays is because your OS has the ability to recognize and play VCDs by default as well as launch the necessary application. You can also try to rename avi to mpeg or mpeg to avi.

 

If you'll just play your movies using PCs, no need to use converter although I sometimes experience not being able to play these videos using another PC (hmmm)...
