Vista will for sure allow you to install itself on top of XP, but MS has never really given a roll back of the OS that has really been reliable. What you would have to do is first remove Vista, and then install XP again. That's 3 hours at least right there.... And NO... Operating Systems are not like any other programs. There are System Programs which inculde OS, and then there are Application Programs which inculde your word, excel, etc... Sorry for the incomplete info about my last post. when I mentioned "can simply uninstall and reinstall the OS" I was referring to clean OS reinstallation process for both OS versions... this is how my post should have been, "yes you can simply uninstall and reinstall win XP or win Vista on your pc anytime you want with the clean reinstallation process" kaya ko rin nasabi na OS are just like other programs na pwede mo uninstall & reinstall anytime you want. peace! :cool: Quote Link to comment

Ganun talaga, sa birth certificate, yung tunay na magulang at other details of your birth ang nakalagay. Nakakabadtrip lang kasi ung tipong la ka sa harap ng pc mo iwan mo siya to burn or do someething tapos pag balik mo eh nag restart bigla kaya di natapoas ung task.. Hassle eh.. Hardware, Software, Internal and External factors. try to check on your UPS or power surge first then slowly move into the computer parts factor starting with the power supply, it may take time to isolate each component but this is the best way to check your hardwares before jumping into the software side of the problem, even in microsoft website, there are many topics about power shutdown, PC restarting by itself and the likes but don't jump that far too fast. A few months ago one PC here in the office had the same problem as yours, but before checking the computer system or programs side we checked on the physical aspects first and found out that the power supply was the cause of the problem. so i told one of my men to purchase a new power supply then after insatalling it the problem was resolved. yours might have different causes but be patient, after all you need to use your computer so i guess it wouldn't be too much if you spend a little more time and effort to make sure that your PC would work just the way you want it :cool: Quote Link to comment

Unfortunately, for mistakes in a birth certificate referring to gender, the law requires that this be corrected only by filing a petition with the Regional Trial Court of the place where birth certificate is registered, i.e. in the RTC of the place where you were born. No choice ka dito. You have to hire a lawyer to file the petition, etc. Quote Link to comment

Since the property is co-owned by your father and his brother (as in fact, it is titled in both their names), I am assuming that they each own 1/2, and therefore, the estate tax imposable should only consider half the value of the property.
