uh, suggestions lang po mga guys... need to assemble a PC...

 

here are the requirements:

 

will be used for AUTOCAD (latest version ... di ko alam sys requirements eh)

30,000 php budget

preferably a large monitor

 

also, possible ba ang 1024 MB na RAM for this system? kase i know na AUTOCAD is a memory hogger. any suggestions on the board?

 

would an athlon suffice for this?

here is my reply to your questions:

if there is already an information filed in court against the accused, the case can be prosecuted by the public prosecutor, in which case you do not have to worry about the legal fees; it is difficult to tell when a case could be terminated. there are a lot of factors, including but not limited to the number of pending cases being handled by the court where your case is assigned for trial, the availability of the evidence to be presented during the trial, the diligence of the judge, the prosecutor and the lawyer of the accused. all these factors determine the length of time when a cased could be finished.

Annulment on the ground of Psychological Incapacity.

 

Art. 36 of the Family Code reads:

 

A marriage contracted by any party who, at the time of the celebration, was psychlologically incapacitated to comply with the essentail marital obligations of marriage, shall likewise be void even if such incapacity becomes manifest only after its solemnization.

 

While the term Psychological incapacity was not defined, it includes:

 

homosexuality or lesbianism

satyriasis or nymphomania

extremely low intelligence

habitual alcoholism

criminality

 

But for marriages contracted prior to Aug 3, 1988, this action is no longer available.

 

Annulment of Marriage on other grounds existing at the time of marriagr( Art 45)

 

1. Lack of parental consent

2. Insanity

3.Fraud

4.Force or Intimidation

5. Impotency

6. Afflication of STD

 

Annulment voids the marriage and the parties may remarry. . Legal Separation only means separation from bed and board but the parties remain married so they can not remarry.

Criminal Law 1 (or other Criminal Law subjects for that mater) is one of the more exciting subjects at Laws school. I didn't get bored because the cases are more graphic than in other subjects.

hi guys...im having a problem finding a court case.....sarado kasi library namin ngayon....wla din kasi sa mga website e...siguro kasi masyadong luma na...anyways,my professor wasnt able to give us the SCRA volume...pero the GR number was given...i dont even know kung SCRA sya or PR...anyways, eto yung dalwang case...
