Good day mga boss!

Meron kaming minana na bahay sa Parents ko. Yung dalawang kapatid ko, gusto nila ibenta, ako gusto ko ikeep. Nagkasundo na lang kami na ibuy out ko yung share nilang dlwa. Tig 1M sila. Ang gagawin is itatransfer na sa name ko yung Title para magamit ko as collateral kasi gusto ko sana iloan yung pang buyout ng shares nila. San po kaya maganda? Sa Pag-Ibig or sa Bank?

And ano po kaya mga dapat kong i-consider bago tumuloy sa gagawin namin na ito para hassle free. Dun sa monthly amortization naman, kaya icover ng bahay kasi nag iincome to ng 35k per month.

Need ko po ng advise sa mas nakakaintindi. Wais move po ba ito?

New question po,

Meron kaming matagal na Kaso before, nagkaron Ng decision some time 2001-2003. Final and executory. Kaso di inasikaso Ng atty Kasi di daw nya alam sino and saan sisingilin.

Ung decision states something like this

Kami ung rightful owner as second intervenor

Tapos merong mga penalties 

And ung reversion Ng govt sa lote ay denied.

 

So ang question is kung ang habol lang namin ay ung 

Rightful onwership and reversion denied.

1.Ok lang ba na di nailakad na ung EXECUTION step?

 

Kasi naglapsed na din ung 10 year para buhayin

Nagtanong Kasi Ako sa RTC branch na may hawak nun. Di daw need execute kung ownership daw Kasi Wala daw gagawin dun?

2. Meron pa ba bisa ung decision kahit walang execution on the ownership decision?

You can try going to the barangay where the property is located and have a conference with the illegal settlers

Send them first a demand letter to vacate the property and informing them that their possession and use of the property is no longer allowed.

If you are living on the same or adjacent barangay then this would requires a barangay intervention/conference. If not then you can file a case of Ejectment for unlawful detainer

Since prostitution has been decriminalized, most likely a case for violation of anti-human traffic would be filed against you. Defenses for this include that there was that the act done is without coercion or inducement on the part of the therapist or better yet, you have no intention to have sexual intercourse since you thought the spa was a legitimate business offering legitimate services

May tiyuhin akong pulis QC itinawag nya doon sa batch nya doon sa Caloocan yung sitwasyon ko...ang sagot sa kanya...wala yun batch kalimutan ko na daw yun ang maipapayo nya is mag pa check-up daw ako kung kasi baka may STD daw yung nadali ko hahaha.
