Nagkasundo na lang kami na ibuy out ko yung share nilang dlwa. Tig 1M sila. Ang gagawin is itatransfer na sa name ko yung Title para magamit ko as collateral kasi gusto ko sana iloan yung pang buyout ng shares nila. San po kaya maganda? Sa Pag-Ibig or sa Bank? And ano po kaya mga dapat kong i-consider bago tumuloy sa gagawin namin na ito para hassle free. Dun sa monthly amortization naman, kaya icover ng bahay kasi nag iincome to ng 35k per month.
