Well based on your construction contract you can file a civil case against him for breach of said contract. However, civil cases take a long time and is quite expensive. Also, if there is evidence of fraud or violation of other special law like failure to secure PCAB licenses you can also look at that option. Nonetheless, all of these options would require you to secure the services of a lawyer which may be quite expensensive. Quote Link to comment
