cruiser007
Quote Link to comment
dj_flip03
I attempted to upgrade my OS from 98 SE to XP HE. But I got afraid of all those directions so I cancelled it. Now, I'm seeing what ORTHODOC is seeing everytime I turn on my PC. My friend did a "partition" when he put the 98 OS on my PC and now it seems its asking the same thing again when I'm upgrading it. I dont have the partition disc and I dont even know what the hell is that for. Its driving me nuts!!! BTW, I'm still stuck with my old problem since I cant change to another OS. You can use Quickoffice Premier to allow you to open native Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint files directly on your Palm OS. You can get this software on this website. http://www.iambic.com/select/default.asp?itemid=51 Quote Link to comment

NoX
silverchariot, if you dont have a budget for a new HD save up na agad. and backup mo na lahat ng important data. your drive is already failing. as for the above suggestions, mahihirapan ka atang tanggalin sa thinkpad ng brother mo yung hard drive kung di ka sanay. try to get professional help, doing it yourself may only screw up the notebook further. bokam, you can try converting the word document into a simple plain text file, or a pdf file. here's one way to do it: How to convert your word document to pdfwith acrobat distiller (adobe acrobat) xcalibr, whats an fsb? xcalibr
thanks mayorsam. do u think that if i'll upgrade its ram to 256mg, the performance will improve given that the fsb is only 66mghz or anywhere within that range? do u think it'll be worth upgrading it? Quote Link to comment
